Tamale dip

Tamale Dip

2 cans (16 oz) chili (no beans)
1 doz tamales
1 lb Velveeta cheese
¼ - 1 cup Ro-tel tomatoes

Break tamales into bite-sized pieces and put in a glass dish or crock pot. Cut Velveeta cheese into chunks and add to the tamales. Empty chili into same dish and add Ro-tel tomatoes to taste. Heat in microwave on high for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir after 3 minutes. If using a crockpot, set the heat to medium. Stir frequently until cheese is melted. Serve warm with crackers.
