Salmon Croquettes

1 can (15-16 oz) salmon
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp milk
oil

Place undrained salmon in a bowl. Remove bones and skin if desired.
Mix in cracker crumbs, onions, salt, pepper, and flour.
Add egg and milk and mix until thoroughly blended.
Form into balls and flatten.
Fry in a small amount of oil on medium heat for 4-5 min. on each side until golden brown.
Makes approximately 8 patties.
