1 cup celery
½ cup onion
½ cup radishes
1 ½ tsp salt(reg or celery )
2 cups salad dressing or mayonnaise
3 oz pimentos (1 small jar)
2 lbs potatoes (about 6 medium)
Dice celery and onions and thinly slice the radishes. Soak for 30 min in
salt water. Peel and cube potatoes. Boil the potatoes in salt water until
they are soft. Drain & cool. Drain veggies and add to potatoes. Add
salad dressing and mix. Cool in fridge for 2 hrs.
