Corn Bread

Corn Bread

1 & ½ cups yellow corn meal
½ cup flour
1 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
¼ cup oil
1 egg

Preheat oven to 425 °F. Spray a square 9 x 9 inch pan or muffin pans (12) with PAM. Blend all ingredients. Beat vigorously one minute. Pour in prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
