1/2cup butter, diced
1 cup white rice
1 tsp salt
2&1/4 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
In a skillet, melt butter over very low heat until golden brown and set aside.
In a covered pot, boil rice and salt in water over medium heat. After water has evaporated, stir in milk and sugar. Cook until creamy. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour butter over rice. Serve warm.
