1 cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 cups pecans
Combine sugar, cinnamon, and milk. Bring to a soft ball (not long after the mixture comes to a boil). Stir constantly with a whisk. Add vanilla and then pecans. Stir, coat all the pecans and spread on wax paper. Separate with a fork and cool.
