Fudge

Fantasy Fudge

3 cups sugar
¾ cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups (12 oz pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Combine sugar, butter, and milk; bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. (Mixture scorches easily.) Boil 5 more minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow crème, nuts, and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool; cut into squares.
