½ cup rum or about ½ cup water and 1½ tsp rum extract
3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 1 lb)
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
3 Tbsp light Karo syrup
1½ Tbsp cocoa
Combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth. Shape into ½ inch balls.
Roll in additional powdered sugar. Do not bake.
