1 small box strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 10 oz pkg. frozen strawberries with juice
1 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
1 small angel food cake
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add thawed strawberries and juice, then fold in Cool Whip (do not beat.) Break up cake in small pieces and put ½ into bowl or pan sprayed with Pam. Add ½ of the jello mixture. Top with rest of broken cake then with remaining Jello mixture.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (4 if possible) before cutting and serving.
Decorate top with strawberries if desired.
