Pea Salad

Pea Salad

2 cans peas
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup cheese, diced
salt
pepper
2 Tbsp salad dressing or mayo
Green pepper, diced (optional)

Chop boiled eggs, onion, celery, and cheese. Place in a large bowl. Drain peas and add to chopped vegetables, eggs, and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together with mayo. Refrigerate until serving.
